Baggage!
2 Knots!
Mrs Spoonbill.
Mr Spoonbill.
Mr Magpie.
I've been carrying these beauties around for a while and have decided they deserve a little bit of fame! I really love each of these little charracters - but they were a little troublesome in the making i remember!
Hand-stitched canvas bags, screen printed feathered friends and embroidery.
Mr Magpie i salute you!
Gifted.
Mr Wagtail.
I was commissioned this piece by a a lovely lady who spotted me at New Designers! She asked me to create a new compostition for a Nursery, featuring all the little elements she liked best from my collection of hand made wallpapers, artist books, ceramics and silk handerchiefs.
I thoroughly enjoyed creating this piece, getting back into the studio; laser cutting and screen printing was so exciting! I am so pleased that she and her family are enjoying Mr Wagtail in his garden too!

Selvedge Girl!
New Designers 2009!
An amazing week! Congratulations to all the lovely LCAD exhibitors - an exciting stand full of gorgeous, individual work that recieved so much interest!
It was really exciting to be able to exhibit at such a high profile event, a great opportunity to showcase my collection to the design world! I recieved alot of interest, several offers of placement, freelance work and commission and i was genuinely taken by surprise, extremely flattered and very happy!

The End of the Beginning, 19th - 23rd June 2009!
A wonderful and memorable showcase of exciting, inspiring and diverse graduate collections!
Fantastic to see everyone's hard work pay off and enjoy the fruits of our labour!
The point of departure for my graduate collection was British birdlife, yet this soon evolved to include salvaged un-wanted treasures, illuminating their whimsical beauty in delicate collages.
